About This App & Its Purpose

Business Operations Console is a personal business automation platform that helps its owner manage and publish content across their own connected social media and marketing accounts. The app lets the account owner create, schedule, and publish posts (including Pins), and view analytics for accounts they own and have explicitly authorized. It is used for single, personal business use and does not provide access to, or share data with, third parties at scale.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and account credentials. When you connect third-party platforms (such as Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads), we collect profile information, analytics data, and content data as authorized by you through OAuth permissions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Display your social media analytics and content performance
• Enable content management and scheduling features
• Send you notifications about your account and activity
• Protect against fraud and unauthorized access

3. Third-Party Platform Data

When you connect third-party accounts (Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.), we access only the data you explicitly authorize through OAuth consent screens. This may include:

• Basic profile information (display name, avatar, bio)
• Account statistics (followers, likes, Pin/board/video counts)
• Boards, Pins, videos, and other content listings you own
• The ability to create and publish content (such as Pins) to accounts you own

For Pinterest specifically, we access the authenticated Pinner's own Pins and boards, and create Pins on the authenticated Pinner's behalf, using the user_accounts:read, boards:read, pins:read, and pins:write scopes. We only access the authenticated account's own data — never other Pinners' data. Our use of Pinterest data complies with the Pinterest Developer Guidelines and API Terms of Service.

We do not sell this data to third parties. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration from your account settings, or from the connected platform's own app-permissions settings.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials, secure API connections, and regular security audits. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to client-side code.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
• Export your data in a portable format

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
